Food Service

Fresh Company operates the in-house food service at Garrison Institute, a beautiful 77,000-square-foot former Capuchin monastery located in Garrison, New York. At the Institute, we serve three meals a day for the hundreds of people, teachers, scientists, health-care workers, activists, writers and the general public who come for programs and retreats. These meals are often (though not exclusively) vegetarian, and incorporate organic, seasonal, and local ingredients. 

Operated by Fresh Company, Storm King Café is located at the Storm King Art Center in Mountainville, New York. This dramatic outdoor sculpture park brings together world-renowned artists in a spectacular landscape. Visitors can enjoy delicious food, much of it locally sourced, and an assortment of hot and cold drinks. Pre-ordered bagged lunches are available for groups. Storm King Café is open from 11-4:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with extended hours on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and is located in an outdoor pavilion adjacent to the north parking area.
