Now, over 80 years later, Dutch's Spirits is reviving the distillery foundations and revitalizing its land as kept by the Adams family for generations. The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Old VFW Hall, located in the heart of the Village of Cold Spring, is a classic of mid-century American vernacular architecture. Simple and streamlined, the building's extensive renovation was completed in 2017.

An open and flexible event space, the main room accommodates between 100 (seated at tables) and 220 (auditorium-style), and includes a casual outdoor patio in season. A second room which accommodates up to 49 people is also available.
